Negligent Care:
A therapist accidentally applies too much pressure during a session, resulting in muscle strain or injury to the patient. The patient claims the therapist failed to follow appropriate techniques.
Inadequate Assessment:
A therapist does not fully assess a patient 's physical condition before beginning treatment, which leads to a fall or injury during the session. The patient claims that proper safety protocols were not observed.
Improper Product Use:
A therapist uses a product that causes an adverse skin reaction for a patient with sensitivities. The patient alleges that the therapist did not follow proper product selection guidelines.
Privacy Breach:
A therapist unintentionally shares confidential client health information with unauthorised individuals, causing emotional distress for the patient and concerns over privacy.
