    Information on how to enter this competition forms part of the Terms & Conditions of entry. 

     

    Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of Terms & Conditions. In order to enter into the Promotion, you must purchase a Healthcare Professionals Civil Liability insurance policy (Eligible Policy) through insurance.com.au using promocode PE2024. 

     

    Three winners will be drawn for this competition. Each winner of this competition will win up to $350.00* worth of Pilates equipment. Equipment includes (subject to availability):

    • Lorna Jane Voucher 
    • Studio Mat
    • Resistance Band 
    • Pilates Ball 
    • 2kg Hand Weights 


    *All items are subject to availability, up to $350.00 worth of prizes. If an item is unavailable, it will be replaced with another item from Move Active of similar value. 


      1. This Promotion only applies to Healthcare Professionals Civil Liability and cannot be applied to any other product provided by insurance.com.au or partners.
         
      2. There will be three winners drawn for this competition. Each winner will receive up to $350.00* of Pilates equipment from Move Active and a Lorna Jane Gift Voucher (subject to availability)
         
      3. The Promoter is insurance.com.au Pty Ltd, ABN 27 163 909 073, who is an authorised representative (number 443422) of insurance House Pty Ltd ABN 33 006 500 072 appointed under its AFSL 240954. Level 3, 100 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne, 3002, VIC, telephone 1300 468 730.
         
        Neither Move Active, Lorna Jane or ProRisk are the promoters of this Promotion, and any queries should be directed to insurance.com.au. 
         
      4. The Promotion Period starts at 12.00am on Saturday the 23rd of March 2024, and will conclude at midnight, 11.59pm on Friday the 31st of May 2024 (Promotion Period). The winners will be drawn on Monday the 3rd of June 2024. 

        If insurance.com.au is unable to reach the contact on the details provided, and the participants do not get in contact with insurance.com.au by midnight (11.59pm) on the 5th of June 2024 the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn. The prize must be claimed by midnight (11.59pm) on Friday the 7th of June 2024 by email. Failure to contact insurance.com.au will result in the prize being forfeited, and the promoter may choose another winner for the prize. Subject to approval or directions of relative authority.

        (Eligibility Criteria)
         
        1. To be eligible for this competition you must: 
          During the Promotion Period:
          1. be a resident of Australia;
          2. Be 18 years or older;
          3. Be an active member of Pilates Education; 
          4. Apply through insurance.com.au for one or more of Eligible Policy; 
          5. Pay either in full or at least one instalment for the Eligible Policy through insurance.com.au; and provide insurance.com.au a current email address; and;
          6. Not cancel the Eligible Policy for a period of at least 60-days (2 months), following the date the relevant insurance cover takes effect (60 Day Period).
              
        2. The winner of this competition will be issued the prize via post to the address provided within 30 days post the 60 Day Period. 
           
        3. Any queries about this Promotion must be directed to insurance.com.au. 
           
        4. The Promotion is promoting the Eligible Policies issued by ProRisk Underwriting and insurance.com.au. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Move Active or any media platform used to share any information connected to this Promotion. By applying for insurance coverage under an Eligible Policy you agree to completely release each of these other organistion from any claims arising out of this Promotion.
           
        5. This Promotion is eligible for Pilates Education members only. To enter this competition, you must use the promocode PE2024. 
           
        6. Number of entries: The maximum number of entries to this promotion is one. Participants must purchase a Healthcare Professionals Civil Liability Insurance Policy through insurance.com.au, and use promocode PE2024. 
           
        7. This Promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other insurance offers available through insurance.com.au. 

        8. This prize is not transferable for cash.
